Les Chênes Verts

The original stone Provencal house, constructed in 1770, is built in a L-shape. You will find a salon annex TV room and a dining area in the original Provencal part of the house. The owners left the original floor tiles and beams which give the house a lot of charm. In the newer part of the house are the living and dining room. The living area is very spacious.
The kitchen has been renovated only last year and is very well equipped. The design and decoration have been taken on hand by a professional chef. In the adjacent pantry you will find a washing machine and a second fridge/freezer.
In the salon you will find comfortable sofa’s and the TV that offers French tv channels and some English-speaking news channels as well as a desk. The house has a wifi and internet connection. On the ground floor you will also find a separate guest toilet

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. One bathroom, with full bath and a separate toilet are shared by the occupants of the 2 double bedrooms. The bedroom with the 2 single beds has its own shower room.
Les Chênes Vertes is located in the country side, surrounded by vineyards offering breathtaking views of the Luberon. It is a 10 minutes walk to the village but by car only 3 minutes.
The garden has a big lawn and provencal plants such as lavender and roses. A gorgeous terrace offers a lovely shaded seating area and a dining table.
The non heated pool is 10 x 5 m is secured with an alarm.
There are charming villages nearby such as Ansouis, Vaugines, Lourmarin, La Tour d’Aigues that offer different activities.
