Description
A nice drive way leads to Mas Colongue l’Etang, surrounded by a provencal garden, designed with love and passion. On the 4000 m2 property, you will find mature trees, lavender and lots of blue and white flowers. The property is surrounded by vineyards, truffles oaks, olive – and pine trees.
Mas Colongue l’Etang comprises of 3 levels. When accessing the house on the north side, you will arrive in an office, at the right the laundry room and a guest wc, a living with an open fire place and the master bedroom with adjacent the bathroom with full bath and a walk-in shower. All rooms are cool in the summer time.
A staircase leads to the ground floor on the south side of the house. An orangery with a terrace (west side) offering an incredibly beautiful view of the Luberon and the vineyards. On this floor you will also find the well equipped kitchen where every “chef” can live out his/her dreams. A hallway leads to a second bedroom.
Taking a second flight of stairs leads to two more bedrooms (one with a shower) and the children’s bedroom (sleeps 4) with wash basin. The views from the bedrooms are breathtaking!Mas Cologne l’Etang has a large pool (5x15m) where you can enjoy the sun during the day and the starry sky at night. The garden furniture is modern and of high quality. Near the swimming pool you will find the pool house. The property is protected by a gate and you will find sufficient open air parking space.
Two large dining tables will enable you to enjoy lunch on the north side of the house and dinners on the south side under the lights of lampoons.
The decoration of Mas l’Etang is a perfect combination: cosy as well as zen and done with a lot of taste. You will immediately feel at home.
A house book will answer a lot of your questions and make your stay even more enjoyable.
As the property has a lot of steps and small walls, the owners prefer not to have more than 4 children under the age of 12 years old at the property. They can not be held responsable for any accidents at Mas Colongue l’Etang.
